Why are Audi A4 headlights so difficult to remove and replace on your own?

Why are Audi headlights so difficult to remove and replace on your own? And if there is a simple way can you please share, I have a 2005 Audi A4.

iv fitted a few audi a4s and they are a pain basically remove plastic cover from engine bayside,touch plastic square plug out holding the two edges together and squeeze while pulling the square box plug at the same time or use a flat screwdriver compact one if its a little stuck, and the feel around the headlight for the metal wire holding the hook for release of the flexible metal wiring which is holding your bulb in place this could be hooked mainly on sides rather than on top of the headight bulb area and push or pull to find the hook of the metal wire and it should open up. its a bit of a pain with limited handspace but once you know,youl know next time

The casting number along with the engine size is in raised letters right above the starter. You will probably have to use a mirror as the exhaust manifold will be in the way. The first 7 are the casting number, the next 3 are engine size and if there is a -number it will denote modifications from the original.
